At East Coast you will find -

	For gymnastics emphasis all apparatus is available for training.
	East Coast boasts three event floors ( 40 x 44 spring floor, 42 x 42 spring floor, and 52 x 42 - 9 panel spring cheer floor)
	Weight room facilities, with treadmills for parents
	Tumble track trampoline
	Two pit trampolines
	A large foam filled pit and many training devices (incline mats, cylinder mats, etc).
	We also have an air-conditioned parent viewing area, equipped with cable TV for your enjoyment. You will also find a TV/VCR play area for the little ones.
	Water, gatorade, and snacks are also available for your enjoyment at the information desk.
