Fred Maffeo
Fred's gymnastic coaching experience spans a period of over 24
years. As a completive gymnast, Fred competed at the High School level
and was named All-County on the Floor and placed 7th in New York State
competition on Parallel Bars. He was recruited by both West Point and the
United States Naval Academy at Annapolis for gymnastics. Coaching
gymnastics since 1979, Fred actively established himself in Florida gymnastics
first as a Senior Staff member at International Gymnastics Training Center,
followed by coaching positions at Artistic Gymnastics and Harbor City Gymnastics
in Melbourne, Florida. In 1997, he established East Coast Gymnastics with
one purpose in mind: to provide the very best in gymnastic instruction while
maintaining a friendly, family oriented, and safe learning atmosphere.
Fred coaches both gymnastics and "cheer"nastics classes and was named
the 2000 Compulsory Coach of the Year for the State of Florida.

Amanda C
Amanda was a
competitive level 9 gymnast in New York and has been coaching for over 6 years.
She is USAG safety certified, CPR certified, and first aid certified.
